Doubt of the Dreadful 12: Zombie Vacation

And since we answered the last remaining question from this formative and formidable tale, we’re saying Goodbye for today, while we’re preparing the next mind boggling story! Expulsior !

Doubt of the Dreadful 11: The Beginning

As Merv the Griffin continues (together with Jesse Brain) to reminisce about his arrival on our plane of existence, we’re reminded how Jenny Everywhere saved the day in her very own, multiversal way. The rest is history!

But we’re not quite finished… stay tuned!

Doubt of the Dreadful 10: First Encounter

We’re recounting what led to this very fateful encounter– for the first time! Again!

Merv the Griffin, summoned by Dr Brain, is on a mission to destroy Captain Evening, but he doesn’t know what a “Captain Evening” is! Fate had it, he smashed into the home of the very person he’s looking for. The Captain is too honest not to admit that he’s his target.

At that time, the intrepid Jenny Everywhere was around, too!

The last panel is slightly reworked from the original story in Tales #2, the rest is all-new!

Doubt of the Dreadful 09: The Doubt and the Dread

Merv’s quest becomes an odyssey. The best professional cannot deliver appropriate results without sufficient information! Alone in a world he never made, stuck with a task he seemingly can’t fulfill… our Demon of Vengeance is in a pickle!

Doubt of the Dreadful 08: The Mission

Merv and Jesse continue to reminisce, sharing some of their feelings, doubts, … And we see the momentous moment that Dr Brain gave Merv his fateful mission!

Doubt of the Dreadful 07: There He Was

There He Is, for the first time Again!, our favorite Griffin. Finally we get to show his terrifying first appearance, years later!

Doubt of the Dreadful 06: Bridge between Worlds

Now these scenes, contrary to the last page, have *never before* seen the light of day! Jesse Brain, her father and the henchmen chanting away, not sure if anything would even happen, until…

Doubt of the Dreadful 05: The Well of Realms

The champion steps into the Well of Realms… which is not a refreshing spring! It’s a stream of energy that transports our volunteer beyond worlds beyond worlds…to where he is needed… where he is summoned.

Sounds strange? But this is how it is written.
