Jesse is the daughter of arch villain Dr Brain, and formerly part of his gang as the Wicked Witch. At some point, she renounced her villainous ways and identity, partially because she was usurped by her best frenemy Alicia.

She hooked up with her daddy’s biggest enemy, the heroic Captain Evening and henceforth has been living with the heroes at their headquarters. She has not joined the Captain’s team as a heroine (yet), and is mostly just drifting in limbo, trying to figure out her future. And enjoying the good life.
