Thank you for pointing this out! Most people in NY are not aware of that right (except during certain parades and protests) and most wouldn’t do it (despite having the right). It is a good point though that this free-spirited group should be aware of it. Maybe Centennia wanted to not draw attention ... or is more conservative! Thank you for pointing it out though, this I will keep in mind!
